Partnering with Studio 1902 has been an honor and a natural extension of how I approach design. Their furniture is made in the USA, in the Midwest in Norwalk, Ohio, by skilled artisans who understand how people actually live. Comfort, durability, and thoughtful construction come first, and the beauty follows. When the collection arrived in our family room—two sofas, a storage ottoman, and a pair of upholstered swivel chairs—the space immediately felt more grounded, warm, and functional.

The sofas anchor the room with their clean lines and textured fabrics. The warm brown upholstery has a subtle weave that adds interest without feeling busy. It is the kind of fabric that hides everyday wear, making it a smart option for families, pets, or high traffic rooms. The mix of pillows—stripes, geometrics, and rich rust tones—brings depth and creates a collected look without feeling overly styled. Norwalks Studio 1902 collection currently boasts 10 sofas and I can contest ours are the perfect blend of sturdy and comfortable which is exactly what most homes need.

I've been very impressed with the quality of the upholstery—the stitching, the fabric textures, and the thoughtful scale of each piece. The rust pillows add warmth and bring out the deeper tones in the rug and sofas, while the patterned pillow near the mirror gives the entire arrangement a modern, graphic moment. These small details make the room feel lived in and layered, which is always my goal.
